Support

Email hello@skiisu.com. A person who skis reads every message.

Restoring your subscription on a new phone

Sign in with the same Apple Account you used to subscribe. Skiisu finds your subscription on its own. If it doesn’t, open the paywall and tap Restore purchases.

Cancelling or getting a refund

Apple bills the subscription. Cancel it in Settings, then Apple Account, then Subscriptions; you keep access until the end of the year you paid for. Refunds go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Deleting your account

In the app, open the Profile tab, scroll to Account, tap Delete account, then Delete everything. Your account and its data are deleted. Deleting doesn’t cancel the subscription, so cancel that with Apple too if you want to stop paying. You can also email us and we will delete it for you.

Using Skiisu without service

Before you lose signal, open Skiisu and let today’s call load. Your plan is then saved on the phone, and on the mountain your plan and one-tap changes keep working without a signal. The background map may not load offline.

Location

Skiisu uses your location only while it is open on your screen. If you turned location off, you can turn it back on in Settings, then Apps, then Skiisu, then Location. On iOS 17, Skiisu is listed directly in Settings.

Which mountains Skiisu covers

The app lists the mountains it covers. We add mountains as their data meets our bar.

Something looks wrong

If Skiisu named a run that was closed, misread a mountain, or just got your day wrong, tell us which mountain, the date, and what happened. That is exactly the report that makes Skiisu better.
